Project Overview: Hunters Avenue Station Car Park Lighting Installation

TNS was responsible for both the design and construction of two new lighting columns at Hunters Avenue Station Car Park, ensuring full compliance with Greater Anglia’s M&E Specification REV03. The project included the provision of emergency lighting, presence-based illuminance, and absence-dimming functionality, enhancing both safety and energy efficiency within the car park.

Our involvement covered the complete design process, with CRE (Contractor’s Responsible Engineer) and CEM (Contractors Engineering Manager) oversight, ensuring the installation met all technical and regulatory standards while integrating seamlessly into the station’s infrastructure.

Scope of Works:

– Full design and construction of 2 new lighting columns

– Compliance with GA M&E Specification REV03
