TNS Contractors carried out a full electrical rewire of the passenger waiting rooms at Cambridge Train Station. Scope of Works:
- Full electrical rewire of waiting room areas, including new containment and CMS systems.
- Replacement of distribution equipment to improve capacity, reliability, and safety.
- Installation of new lighting, with fittings selected and approved under heritage requirements to complement the station’s historic fabric.
- Alterations and modifications to the fire alarm system to suit the new layout and equipment.
- Installation of new VRF/AC systems with associated power supplies, containment, and controls.
- Testing, commissioning, and full NICEIC certification on completion.
