Project Overview:
TNS were appointed to provide the electrical services package for the installation of new drivers’ access control gates and turnstiles at Chingford Station and Depot. The works formed part of wider upgrades to improve security and controlled staff access to operational areas.
Scope of Works:
- Supply and installation of new containment systems, including conduit, trunking, and cable management systems (CMS)
- Installation of both power and data cabling to serve the new access control gates and turnstiles
- Provision of 240V cabling for power supplies
- Installation of structured data cabling to support control and monitoring systems
- Full testing, commissioning, and certification of all installed systems
