Project Overview:

The project formed part of a wider site regeneration initiative undertaken by the British Pipeline Agency (BPA) to modernise and improve staff facilities. As part of these upgrades, we were commissioned to design and construct a new on-site kitchenette extension, providing employees with a safe, comfortable, and modern space to enjoy their breaks. The entire project was designed and managed in-house, ensuring full alignment with BPA’s safety standards and operational requirements. Scope of Works:

• Conduct site survey and initial design development in coordination with BPA representatives.
• Prepare groundworks and foundations for the new kitchenette extension.

• Install insulated walls, roof, and flooring systems to ensure comfort and energy efficiency.
• Fit internal finishes including walls, ceilings, flooring, and decorative elements.
• Supply and install kitchenette units, worktops, sinks, and all associated fixtures and fittings.
• Complete plumbing, electrical, and ventilation works in compliance with BPA safety standards.
• Coordinate with BPA’s health, safety, and operational teams to ensure full compliance throughout the build.
• Conduct quality and safety inspections prior to handover.
• Final site clean-up and presentation of completed kitchenette ready for staff use.
