Project Overview:
TNS were engaged to deliver the complete M&E refurbishment of newly constructed public WC facilities at Arriva Rail London’s Seven Sisters Train Station, including male, female, and DDA-accessible toilets. Works required careful planning and execution within a fully operational station environment, ensuring continuity of essential services to the on-site café and wider station operations throughout.
Scope of Works:
- Isolation and disconnection of existing M&E services
- Installation of new sanitaryware including WCs, basins, sensor taps, and hand dryers
- Installation of new water heaters, heaters, and associated plant
- New lighting, small power systems, and CMS containment
- Supply and installation of new distribution equipment
- Installation of external soil stacks and drainage connections
- Full testing, commissioning, and certification of M&E services
- Design oversight and compliance management throughout the works
