Mechanical and Electrical Installation

A complete new electrical installation to landlord and tenant areas of a 4 storey building, containing 9 luxury apartments, a shop and an underground car park. The project was originally designed by the client’s appointed designers. Although numerous deviations from the original design were requested by the client, resulting in a collaborative design and build project by both TNS and the client.

Following completion of the project, TNS have been awarded the maintenance contract, where the M&E systems packaged by the client are inspected and tested monthly with comprehensive reports provided.

• Co-ordination and organisation of other contractors (UKPN)
• 110V Temporary site lighting and power
• New main and sub-main distribution and equipment
• Small power and lighting to landlord areas and apartments
• HD IP CCTV system
• Emergency lighting
• Electric vehicle chargers
• Mechanical ventilation heat recovery systems within all apartments
