Project Overview:

TNS were appointed to enhance the durability and cleanliness of recently refurbished back-of-house areas at Stansted Airport Train Station. Following refurbishment works carried out by others, the painted wall surfaces quickly became marked and difficult to maintain. To address this, TNS supplied and installed hygienic PVC wall cladding to the lower half of the walls, creating a robust, wipeable surface suitable for the high-traffic environment.

As part of the works, full redecoration was also undertaken to restore a professional finish and improve the overall appearance of the area. All works were completed during normal working hours within a live operational train station environment. Careful planning and coordination ensured there was no disruption to ongoing station operations or staff.

Scope of Works:
