Mechanical and Electrical Installation

TNS Contractors undertook a comprehensive mechanical and electrical installation for a prestigious development of eight luxury new build bungalows. Initially designed by the client’s appointed designers, the project later evolved into a design and build collaboration with TNS due to numerous requested deviations from the original design.

Works comprised of:

• Coordinating and organising other contractors, including UKPN
• Provision of temporary site lighting and power at 110V
• Installation of small power and lighting systems
• Implementation of data and communication systems
• Integration of burglar alarm systems and video entry systems
• Deployment of mechanical ventilation heat recovery systems
• Installation of domestic fire detection systems
• Thorough testing and commissioning of all low voltage (LV) and extra-low voltage (ELV) systems
