A complete electrical installation to a new commercial unit containing offices and warehouse storage as well as, new distribution equipment to the entire business park.

We were originally contracted to complete the electrical installation to a new build commercial unit. Following completion we were awarded the contract to install the electrical distribution equipment and cabling, supplying the entire business park. Working closely with UKPN, Siemens and HV specialists, we successfully completed the fit out of three distribution intakes and facilitated the connection to three sub stations. As well as providing the main incoming supplies to over twenty commercial new build units.

• Small power and lighting to landlord and tenant areas
• Data and communication systems
• HD IP CCTV system
• Emergency lighting

• Testing and commissioning of all LV & ELV systems
